The Retirement Plan

To acknowledge and reward Team Carnival’s significant contributions to the company's success and to help team members plan and save for retirement, Carnival has developed The Fun Ship Retirement Plan. This plan provides a lump-sum benefit upon team members’ retirement from Carnival after at least 10 years of continuous service.

Medical and Dental Care

During your contract you are covered medically while you are on board the ship and will be looked after by our onboard medical team if you are not feeling well. Every Carnival ship has daily scheduled hours for crew at a medical center staffed with a doctor and nurses.

Stock Purchase Options

Carnival offers eligible team members the opportunity to share in the future growth and profitability of the company. Through the employee stock purchase plan, employees can purchase Carnival stock at a discount of approximately 15% off the fair market value.

Carnival Cruise Benefits

Team members enjoy cruise benefits, which are available for family members at a special family cruise rate. Carnival has also established reciprocal agreements with other cruise lines, so that team members can enjoy significant cruise discounts if they wish to vacation on vessels operated by other lines.
